近年の大地震における企業の被害実態調査と分析
本研究では、大地震が発生した際に企業に発生すると考えられる経営的な被害予測を行うため、2004年新潟県中越地震、2007年能登半島地震、2008年岩手・宮城内陸地震において被災した中小企業を中心に、企業の地震被害の実態調査とその分析を行った。調査は、各商工会議所の会員企業を対象として、郵送によるアンケート調査として地震発生の1～2年後に実施した。本研究においては、建物、設備、機器などの損壊による直接的な被害に加え、売上げの減少、取引先の被害、従業員の被害、風評被害などの間接的な被害も検討対象とし、被害の大きさを具体的な被害予測金額として求めて被害予測のための基礎データとした。
Research on Damage of Small and Medium-sized Companies Due to Recent Large Earthquakes
The purpose of this study is to construct an earthquake damage estimation system for small and medium-sized companies from the viewpoint of business management. The real earthquake damage of the many companies which suffered from strong motions in recent large three earthquakes in Japan is investigated by questionnaires and analyzed to obtain the database necessary for the system. In this study, the earthquake damage is evaluated as estimated amount of money in both direct and indirect damage. The former means damage suffered from destruction of buildings, facilities, or machines, and the latter means damage caused by decrease of sales, sufferings of employees, or rumor. A trial estimation method of earthquake damage is proposed based on the analyses.
