中小建物向け照明省エネ制御システムの開発
改正省エネ法により「事業者単位」のエネルギー管理が義務化され、オフィスビルなどの中小建物を多数所有する事業者も新たな義務の対象となり、より効果的な省エネ措置の実施が急務となった。筆者らは、一般執務室における照明設備の省エネ手段として人感センサを用いた省エネ制御手法を考案し、実施設における実証実験により省エネ効果を検証した。
Development of Building Energy Management System for Reducing Energy Consumption by Lighting Systems
Under the revised energy conservation law, owners of small- and medium-sized buildings, such as office buildings, are required to implement measures to improve energy management and conservation. We have developed an energy conservation method based on an occupancy sensor for lighting systems in ordinary buildings. We tested the method in actual buildings to verify its effectiveness.
